I believe wellness isn’t about chasing what’s new, but returning to what has been there from the beginning. Before pills there were plants. My passion is assisting people reclaim their power, align with their purpose & live the most fulfilling life imaginable. My approach is strength and goal orientated. I use a range of modalities depending on the needs of the individual. Sometimes this involves the use of Mapacho, tobacco.

After years of working in clinical practice with treatment resistant clients, I decided to look to the ancient arts of healing - Shamanism. From the plants I learnt about deliverance healing i.e. removing spiritual oppression. Symptoms include - intrusive thoughts, unexplainable physical ailments, incessant set-backs in your finances & relationships, out of character behaviours etc.

Using plants for physical, mental, & spiritual health isn’t just the way of our future - it’s the way of our past.
